Sophie
I have been practising yoga for over 3 years and first came to the practise to improve my fitness and try a new form of exercise, alongside horse riding.
I soon developed a passion for Yoga and a thirst for learning more about this ancient practise.
I travelled to Kranti Yoga in Goa, India to train to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa in November 2016.
Since then I have attended numerous workshops and I am always practising to expand my teaching knowledge. Learning never stops.
I am also qualified to teach the beautiful traditional practise of Ashtanga yoga, alongside pranayama ( breathing techniques).
Since training I have developed my own unique style of combining the traditional poses, with the flow of vinyasa.
